It's one of those days. You feel like nobody loves you, you are not motivated to complete any of your projects, your writing sucks, you are behind schedule and you’re life just kinda feels pointless and miserable.
Here are a few ideas you can use to get yourself back on track:
1. Listen to feel-good music
2. Get one important task on your to-do list completed
3. Give yourself a break
4. Do something good for someone else in need
5. Write it out
Write or talk to someone close to you. Or write to yourself in a journal.
6. Take a walk outside....
7. Give yourself a pep-talk
Look in the mirror and have a talk with yourself like you were your best friend and mentor. Tell yourself that it’s okay— you’re okay. It’s all going to be alright!
